Well, after what he said..i'm pretty sure he's out.

I'm not a NBA watcher, but what he said wasn't really the greatest thing to say.

What he said was true, and I think every Knicks fan out there would agree with him.

Whether or not it's true this is just Stephen A's way of saying "I fucking told you so dickheads, hahaha" after that whole "Melo wants to go to LA" shit over the summer.

If Stephen A could just tune down the obnoxious nature of his delivery (and it's hard to believe that he was even worse before), it'd be easier to listen to him. The dude is brilliant, and a class act. It's just too bad so obnoxious.

IMO if the Knicks realize he isnt coming back, this would be the best deal they should go for

Bulls receive: F Anthony, F Bargnani
Knicks receive: F Deng, F Gibson, F Snell, 2015 1st

Taj is a real good young PF that they lack completely. Deng can play SF effectively, and is expiring. Snell is a young guy that with Shump could be a lockdown wingset in years to come. And an extra first rounder for 2015, because nobody will move a 2014 1st

And for the Bulls? Carmelo Anthony is that #2 scorer that DRose has needed his entire career. And Rose is the guy Melo has needed as well, someone to help take the load off his shoulders.

Noah-Boozer-Anthony-Butler-Rose/Hinrich. That team without Rose right now is good enough to be the 3 seed in the East right now easily, and with Rose? That team is the new favorites for a title.

These trades don't just happen unless a player demands one though. The Knicks won't even consider the possibility of Melo leaving for nothing, all of these teams are (too) confident that their players are gonna stay.

And Melo isn't gonna make the same mistake of being traded to a team for half of his future team.

I really don't fucking know where he could go in FAcy though.

He'll also get more $$$$ to stay so there's that.

Melo's a bitch to leave.

It's his home, he requested to come here.

problem is he can't do it alone. management has to bring in at least 1 major 2nd piece.

and believe me, there's a lot of greats who never won their first ring "on their own".

Rajon Rondo is getting closer to returning from a torn ACL and his future with the Boston Celtics remains uncertain.
Rondo has long been mentioned in trade rumors and is eligible for free agency in 2015.
"Whether he stays in Boston or not who knows," said Rondo's high school coach, Steve Smith of Oak Hill Academy. "I know, talking to Melo (Carmelo Anthony), he's recruiting Rajon to come to New York. Melo thinks he'll come too. You never know about that stuff though. I think either way, Rajon will be fine."

Best playmaker and the best pure scorer?

If anything, Boston would make the play for Melo, not visa versa

How the hell would Rondo get to New York? Unless Boston plans on trading him for pennies on the dollar.

Exactly, I'm so tired of the media thinking New York can get stars for their average players.
