Speculating Favre

Okay...I gotta ask...is there any way Brett Favre comes back 1 last time?

Before you just say "hell no", lets think about a few things:

1. He recently received his outright release from the Jets, meaning he's a free agent whether he stays retired or not. If Favre is 100% dead-set on staying retired, why ask for his release from the team at all?

2. Favre latest statement: "At this time, I am retired and have no intention of returning to football." Keywords being: at this time.

3. Favre is the ultimate competitor and that isn't something that just goes away. I feel like injuries had a lot to do with Favre finding it so much easier to call it a career this time around but the guy will heal soon.

This can merely be speculation to this point but hey, who in the hell ever thought we would ever see this one day?

Please god no. I don't mind if he does it quick, I just don't want ESPN wetting their pants again.

I don't want to hear the words "Brett" or "Favre" before the season is over, unless he says he's not coming back.

That`s the only reason why it is being questioned so much about him coming back or not, because he did it once, and who is going to stop him from doing it again, except himself.

Well if he comes back it will be quicker and less noisy this team obviously, because he isn't part of a team anymore.
