The Lakers, according to sources who spoke with Peter Vecsey, offered Pau Gasol in a trade with the Timberwolves for Kevin Love.

The trade offer came following the canceled trade for Chris Paul.

The only team who truly overvalues Pau Gasol is my Houston Rockets. I couldn't have been happier when that trade got voided. We were sending at least twice of Pau's worth. He's a soft, overrated Spaniard who was lucky to have Kobe so he could win two championships.

But seriously, Pau for Love? Who the hell in their right (or even drunken) mind would agree to that deal?
