Should the Jays move Bautista this offseason?

It's time for the Jays to resemble. The experiment from this offseason clearly did not pan out.
 
For the last few seasons he has been the face of the franchise. Would the smart move be to trade him for a legitimate starting pitcher or a plethora of prospects?
