Great veteran, played some amazing seasons but slowed down way too much. Not that its supernatural for his age...but he has been a weakspot in our secondary the past couple of seasons.

Tyrell Johnson saw a lot of playing time as a rookie last season, started half the regular season in place of Madeiu Williams.

im real cool with not resiging sharper. hes a great safety but when your time is up its up. he gave up alot of big plays mainly due to his age nd speed.. johnson will fill that spot pretty good.

I'm okay with not resigning Sharper. He was a great safety in his time and gave many great INT's for the Vikes and the Packers, but sadly his time for glory has been fading away for a while now, he lost his step.

Tyrell Johnson, on the other hand, is someone who I'm very worried about. He did get a decent amount of playing time his rookie year and from what I've seen, he is not ready. I know it was just his rookie year and he wasn't going to be Sharper v2, but all I know is that he better work his ass off this offseason because he blew so many coverages last year and it costed us some huge plays which eventually costed us the game.

I'm not against Tyrell Johnson, all im saying is that the jury is not out yet for him IMO but heres good luck to him and I hope he can take over nicely next year, hes got some big shoes to fill.
