A couple years ago, Big Tuna brought half of Dallas' front office into Miami and along with Chad Henne, saw a major turnaround. Look at the past couple of seasons & shit ain't going so well anymore. Miami is about a .500 club but that will never be good enough as long as Brady & Belichick are around. Dolphins' majority owner, Stephen Ross, made comments after Sunday's meltdown in Detroit that were very similar to what Jed York said about the Niners: Story.

It might be tough to imagine the Dolphins already turning over the roster, again, but we all need to keep few things in mind. First off, Bill Parcells is no longer making all those personnel decisions or overseeing anything within the organization anymore. Second and most notable, Wayne Huizenga was the majority owner when a lot of what is in place now, was brought in. Finally, in speaking of their roster, Chad Henne just isn't the longterm solution at quarterback and Pennington is about another shoulder surgery from his arm just falling off his body. How much longer can the duo of Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams continue to produce? The Dolphins wagered a big investment to bring in Brandon Marshall, they have the best, young, blind side tackle in the league....however 2010 is a very disappointment.

I'm thinking major changes are ahead in South Beach.

Yeah, I see things getting mixed up a bit. A new QB for sure.

Henne definitely isn't the answer for the Dolphins at QB, he will take them absolutely nowhere.
