The Seahawks' running game will require a "major offseason fix," coach Mike Holmgren said in his assessment of the Seahawks' overall performance in his season wrap-up. Is Shaun Alexander on the decline after a subpar year lowlighted by injuries, ineffectiveness and an offense that practically had to abandon the running game? He could be asked to take a cut in pay, but releasing him outright won't add much to the team's salary cap room. Expect the Seahawks to seriously examine drafting Alexander's heir apparent this spring.
I could really see them drafting Jonathan Stewart if he is still available.

I think he'll get traded. I know a few teams that could use a running game and he would be an upgrade over a few. Morris did a good job in his playing time with them. Give him a shot.

I doubt they will trade him, he doesnt have much value and he would be a great ,entor for the new RB coming in. Plus, like it said it wouldn't help with the Cap much anyways.
