http://www.nola.com/saints/index.ssf/2013/09/saints_have_made_contract_offe.html#incart_m-rpt-2The New Orleans Saints have reportedly made a contract offer to star tight end Jimmy Graham, according to Pro Football Talk. They have not received a response from Graham's camp, the website said.
Graham, who is in the final year of his rookie contract, earned $1.9 million in his first three seasons and is scheduled to earn $1.323 million this season. While Graham has waited to sign a new contract, New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski signed a five-year, $54 million extension last year.
Graham has 238 career receptions for 3,006 yards and 29 touchdowns. This season, he leads NFL tight ends with 23 catches for 358 yards and four touchdowns.
He is No. 10 all time in franchise receiving yards and No. 6 in franchise receiving touchdowns.
