Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers suffered a separated shoulder during Sunday's 30-21 loss to Tampa Bay.

Rodgers hurt the shoulder during a 7-yard scramble in the game's 3rd quarter. Rodgers threw a 48-yard touchdown pass to Greg Jennings in Green Bay's next possession but did miss 2 Packer drives in the 4th quarter.

Rookie Matt Flynn took over briefly...until Rodgers returned prior to the game's 2-minute warning.

Rodgers will be examined to determine severity of the injury on Monday. Rodgers was sacked 3 times and threw 3 interceptions in the loss.

Sunday's loss drops the Packers to 2-2 for the season. -AE

Damn, he still came in and threw a TD. They surely could have used him in the fourth quarter. Could have changed the outcome.

My guess is he will be okay in the long run.

Adrenaline is probably what kept him in the game...but for those of us who have separated a shoulder before, we know for a fact that Rodgers is going to be hurting like hell in the morning.

Worst case scenario, he misses a start.

All depends on if he tore anything up in there or not.
