The NFL seriously needs to make exceptions, in these cases. Good lord. I highly doubt the med he was taking actually would have enhanced his field play. Come the fuck on.

There was a rumor that the substance name released from his camp was Rogaine lol.

Man, I love this new CBA. Can't believe so many people think that NFL players are actually abusing Adderall.

Whether or not it's ridiculous, he should still be smart enough to consult with a team physician before putting anything in his body that he's unsure about.  Way too much at stake to make a silly mistake like this.

But is it a mistake if he and his wife are having fertility issues and place having children over football?

Pretty sure half the shit in the banned list doesn't enhance performance in any way.

There is more than one drug that helps fertility. It's on the banned list, he didn't ask anyone within the NFL about it, so it is what it is. It sucks, but he should have asked the NFL about it. They probably would have given him a waiver as well

And the Adderall thing is just players being stupid. If your doctor prescribes it and you show the NFL they will approve it

My only defense to the point Jake made was that perhaps he didn't want anyone to know he was having fertility issues.

Though now the whole world knows lol.

my uncle and my dads friend went through these issues. its a huge blow to the make psyche. seeing two completely different types of males go through this showed me it really brings a man down

i can see why he didn't say anything.

As I've understood it, none or most of those players aren't actually using Adderall. it's just a cover term used to hide more damning substances. That's part of the new CBA--the NFL can't release what a player has tested positive for. I think these terms get leaked from the player's camp.
