New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski defended his work ethic and post-Super Bowl dancing on Friday, the first time he's spoken publicly on the subject since a video of him relaxing after the game went viral earlier this month.

"Hard work and dedication, I always put my job first before anything, no matter what it is. I'm always just dedicating myself. Unfortunately, it just happened like that. I mean, it is what it is," Gronkowski said on 97.5 The Fanatic in Philadelphia, as part of Mike Missanelli's celebrity call-in contest.
The kid has got talent, no doubt. But, he needs to grow up a bit

why does he need to grow up? he's just enjoying his job the same way any of us would.

It's not like he was caught partying the night before the game. It was after the game. His "work ethic" shouldn't be in question especially after he just had a tremendous season.

Couldn't agree more. The way the media destroyed him for that party was a joke imo.

of all the thing's he's done. Random hot chick partying during the lockout, Bibi Jones, they chose dancing to try to ruin his image. It's a freakin joke. Dude is just living the pro life to the fullest. Gotta respect that kinda hustle.

It's just the way of the world today with social media et al.

Total non-story made a story.

He had a monster season, deserves his time off and fair play to him for partying it up and chillin with porn stars.

I thought it was stupid too. Anything you need to get your mind off of a devastating loss should be ok with anyone. Gronk doesnt give a shit what people think anyways though, lol.
