Pretty good first cut actually. His whole back looks pretty smooth to me, starting from his neck down. But I can definitely tell it's one of your first cuts. His head's quite choppy, and there's background left over on the jersey where he's pumping his right fist.

Yea, it usually helps to have a bright background color while you're cutting. That way you can see if there's still anymore bg left.

I did, I had a neon green lol.

i know some don't, but I usualy feather/delete at 0.5px just to get rid of any minor BG..
i agree with vikes on the head -- gotta try being a bit smoother on that..
but, for a first, actually really good

The head is a little choppy.
You'll get better.

Cutting to me is pretty easy.
