Report: Tension Between Harbaugh, Baalke 'Real'

Jim Harbaugh and Trent Baalke have a "real tension" in their working relationship.
Harbaugh and the San Francisco 49ers are expected to agree to a contract extension this offseason, but the relationship between head coach and general manager appears to need some rehabilitation.
