Pro Sports Daily - The Seahawks offered the Eagles a first- and third-round pick in exchange for quarterback Kevin Kolb, according to a a report by Dave Mahler of 950 KJR Seattle.

It is unknown whether Seattle made the offer before the lockout and April's NFL Draft.
