I still feel we need a solid catcher, what we have isn't much.

Tigers could use another starting pitcher to add to the rotation. I'm still not sold on Johnny Peralta at SS.

Yankees: starter, right-handed outfielder.
You can add right - handed reliever to that list.

I see the Yankees going after a Marcus Thames type to fill that "right-handed outfielder" role. The only guys that Yankees could look at internally are Greg Golson and Colin Curtis. Neither of which I'm sold on. The SP could be set if Pettitte comes back. If not, they'd probably look to trade for one. Jeff Francis, Justin Duchscherer, and maybe Chris Young(?) aren't bad options. Finally, that last spot in the pen could be Romulo Sanchez (no?). He's out of options and if he has a strong spring I'd like to see him get a chance. He was a starter in Scranton last year and put in decent numbers. Other than his fastball he really doesn't have great stuff. If he's shown improvements on his changeup and/or slider, great! Give him a shot. Us Yankee fans will probably have to wait until Feb. before we see something happen. I'm assuming they're waiting out on guys like Damon and Podsednik, hoping nothing happens so they can get them for cheap.

I'm more concerned about the lefty reliever than the starting pitcher need. You can have a crappy starter, but if your bull pen is dominate, and the crappy starter manages to give up about 5 or so, but your team scores run for run with them, you'd have a chance to win the game. Granted, that's not a winning team strategy to rely on, but that's just my bigger concern. I'm not sure who could really fill those voids, but I have confidence that Tigers will make the right moves.
