Raptors up 4 points late 4th quarter when Blazers' Travis Outlaw hits a four point play sending it to OT.
Raptors up 3 late in the 1st OT when Travis Outlaw attempts a 3, misses, then Roy gets the rebound, runs out to the 3 point line and hits a shot over the defender with 2 seconds left.
2nd OT, Bosh dominates and the Raptors win by 7.
Bosh finishes with 38 points in 55 minutes
