Rams assigned the franchise tag to FS O.J. Atogwe.
The safety tender is $6.342M. A ballhawk, Atogwe has been St. Louis' best defensive back for the last three years. Nine players have been franchised so far: Atogwe, Karlos Dansby, Terrell Suggs, Matt Cassel, Brandon Jacobs, Michael Koenen, Shayne Graham, Antonio Bryant, and Darren Sproles.

Yeah Atogwe, my boy on my sim team!! Also, I like to see Dansby franchised as well. From what I saw from him in the SB, he dominated for the Cards. They lost, obviously, but that doesn`t change the fact of what he did. I didn`t get to see much of him during the season, so I cant have an opinion on how he played the rest of the season, except for with stats.
