Saw this idea floating around on another board, and thought I'd post it.
 
What if the outcome of every superbowl was reversed?  Meaning the losing team from every superbowl in history was actually the winning team.
 
How would that change the landscape of football?  How would it change/cement/create the legacy of certain players?  How differently would certain players be perceived?  Would Jim Kelly be the greatest QB of all time?

Would Joe Flacco's job be in question in the off-season this year if he had lost last year?

Tom Brady would be considered the guy who came so close 3 times, and is almost considered a choker, until he pulls off a 19-0 season. And the giants can't ever beat New England in the Super Bowl either
