Peterson Rules: "Touch Him, Get Cut"

The Vikings want Adrian Peterson to avoid contact on the practice field as he comes off major knee surgery.

In order to do that, the team has issued AP Rules.

"The rules are simple," said safety Jamarca Sanford. "Do not touch 28. If you touch him, you're cut."

Peterson returned to practice Sunday, 7 1/2 months after having surgery to reconstruct his left knee.
