Personal Profile Picture Issue

I was trying to upload a new picture for my personal profile and it just won't work. It's 150 x 150, which is the maximum. And it is also under 100 KB which is the maximum.

It says upload failed, please contact a board admin. (something like that)

Yeah Ive been trying to get a new one for a while also but it wont let me either.
