Pat Williams Drawing Interest from Patriots

Free agent NT Pat Williams is drawing interest from the Patriots.

Williams has received no known interest on the open market other than from the Vikings. New England has been kicking the tires on just about every veteran free agent this offseason, so it's unclear if they have serious interest. According to ESPN's John Clayton, the Pats "might" bring Williams in for a visit this weekend.

I'd like to see him in New England. That being said what kind of role do you think he'd be playing? Would he start, or be the guy that gives Wilfork a breather every now and then? Either way I think he has another solid year in him, so if New England picks him up, I think he'd have a nice season with them.
