Second-round pick DeVon Hardin is expected to sign with a team in Turkey. Under NBA rules, Oklahoma City can retain his draft rights for up to one year after his contract ends with his overseas team, allowing Oklahoma City to monitor his development and have the first chance at signing him when he returns. Hardin, a 6-foot-11 power forward, was the 50th overall pick in this year's draft. He averaged 9.3 points and 7.4 rebounds in his senior season at California last year.
