Who are the breakout candidates on the offensive and defensive side of the ball for your team?

For the Saints, I'd say Mark Ingram offensively. He's dropped some weight and is 100% healthy for the first time as a Saint going into the season. He really had a better second half of the season averaging about 4.3 ypc along with 4 TD's. Defensively, I'd say Junior Galette. He's finally going to be a starter at OLB this year, and has probably had one of the best camps of any defenders. Had 3 sacks in the black and gold scrimmage the other day. He's a pass rush specialist, had 5 sacks in 12 games last season. I wouldn't be surprised if he hit 10+ this season.

Offense:
WR Danny Amendola- obviously
RB Shane Vereen- will be used a lot more
TE Zach Sudfeld- does it count? (He's an UDFA)

Defense:
DE Chandler Jones- was a beast before the injury and now he bulked up
LB Jamie Collins- again, rookie (does it count)
S Duron Harmon- refer to Collins/Sudfeld

I'll just list potential candidates for Dallas and the other teams I follow.

Cowboys:
Offense--Gavin Escobar, Dwayne Harris, Joseph Randle
Defense--Morris Claiborne, Barry Church, Bruce Carter, George Selvie

Vikings:
Offense--Christian Ponder, Jarius Wright, Jerome Simpson
Defense--Erin Henderson, Shariff Floyd, Brian Robison

Ravens:
Offense--Joe Flacco (a more prolific regular season, anyway), Tandon Doss, Ed Dickson
Defense--Courtney Upshaw, Corey Graham, Jimmy Smith, Matt Elam

Aldrick Robinson might break 1000 yards this year if he's sharpened up his route running as much as I hope.  He's been turning heads in camp, so I have high hopes for him this year.

Defensively, I don't know.  Kerrigan is already a great player, but he could make the jump to elite with a healthy Orakpo across from him.

Ryan Broyles on offense. Looked good when he played last season.

On defense, Bill Bentley. Assuming he gets to start with Houston.

David Wilson, Brandon Myers (not really a "breakout" year but I could see his numbers increasing)

Prince Amukamara, Dan Connor

He fumbled ONCE last year. Why does this narrative exist?

He didn't even have the confidence of his own coach to hold onto the ball last season.

Streeter has a lot of talent.  Hoping he sticks somewhere.
