Nuggets Re-Sign Afflalo

Arron Afflalo is returning to the Nuggets. The deal is reportedly worth up to $43 million over five years.

Afflalo averaged 12.6 points per game in 2010-11, while showcasing gritty defense and intensity.

The Nuggets got Afflalo for just a second-round pick from Detroit, back in the summer of 2009.

$8.6Million a year. pretty hefty. not sure how nick young didnt fetch what he wanted. but arron is still a good young player. kinda pissed we only traded him for a second.

kind of a high price for the guy, but maybe he'll pay off in the end.

Good pickup. He's a real solid player all around. I wanted to see him go somewhere else, but Denver needed him.
