From realgm.com
Mavericks star forward Dirk Nowitzki said he is willing to take less money from Dallas in 2010 to help his team land a marquee player, the Dallas Morning News is reporting.

"Every team is trying to be a player in 2010," he said. "Every team is trying to clear money under the cap so they can make a move."

"I'm very fortunate that I've made a lot of money in this league, even though I've never really played for money. I love the sport. I love this organization. Obviously, I want to win. I won the MVP, and individually, there's nothing really left but winning a championship.

"If that means I have to play for less money, it's all possible. It's all open."

Yeah Bosh is the name that makes the most sense seeing as he was born and raised in Dallas and was a Mavs fan. But IDK if Dirk and Bosh could go together. Both are a little to weak to play center in the WC

Money won't be that big of an issue. Kidd has a 21 million expiring this year, Stack has a 7.5 million expiring next year.

I'll laugh when a team offers him more than Dallas and Dirk goes elsewhere.

Dirk isn't going to go any where. He figures it wont be that bad if they rly want to keep him.
