What the hell do I do?

I got Madden 10 off of Ebay so I don't have the back portion of the case; nevertheless, how do I get the back part of Madden to print with the cover? I also need the side piece, I know it's all one piece of a paper, so I need some help on how to print this.

Things like :

Size
Glossy paper?
Front cover, back, and side help.

I've searched GameFaqs with no luck...

u don't need to print the back or side cause your not going to change it, u only print off the front

I don't have the back part, man.

I wish I did, but I just need the diagrams for the covers, I've tried google.
