Just reported on @NBCSN that NFL's Competition Committee will consider abolition of all blocks below the waist in 2013.

When can we call it the National Flag Football League? No more hitting or tackling at all. Guys like Ray Lewis will be legends and memories of how the game used to be played. Offenses are scoring 80 per game. Can't wait.
