Anthony Davis is shooting 42% from mid-range this season, but has only attempted six shots from beyond the arc this season, making two of them. He has 134 post up attempts, but is only shooting 39% in those situations, and scoring in 42% of them.

So if you could guarantee one addition to Davis' game this offseason, which would it be? 3-point shot? Or low-post game?

3 point. He's good enough mid range that I'd like to see him improve his shooting before his low post. He could really be extraordinarily dangerous with a 3 pt shot.
Also with the shot comes the dual threat status where he'd get more open paths to the basket

3-pt shot. For the same reasons I like Love more than Aldridge as a scorer.

If he were to develop a three point shot, I would love (and laugh) to see more of Jrue and Reke in the post, seeing our guards posting up and kicking it out to Ryno and AD for three would be something to witness. But if you develop a post game, that's an easy way to get the opponent into foul trouble and how you get your team into the bonus early in quarters. I've witnessed teams recently (Portland with Dorrell Wright and Memphis with Tayshaun Prince) putting guys like that onto AD, but if he has a legitimate low post game you couldn't do that.
