Need Help With My Site

I got a designer (Chitowngfx) and hes putting up my skin. I have an IPBfree 1.3 (not sure y its 1.3) or something like that, and we can't figure out where to go to replace the banner.

The banner was put up by the original owner so we're stuck.

Any ideas?

u have to just play around with the gfx to figure out which is which - what I had to do hear
