Monty Williams has agreed to become the top assistant for Billy Donovan with the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Williams was fired this offseason by the New Orleans Pelicans.
For Donovan, who is transitioning from the University of Florida to the NBA, the securement of Williams stands as the first significant coup of his regime.
