Its hard to say. They just scraped in to playoffs, but showed how good they could potentially be. I would keep him, just so that the young players have some familiar surroundings to improve in.
I think they're better off keeping him, because a team on the rise like the Hawks shouldn't experience a change in coaching.
It seems that the team and coach gelled well in the playoffs, so they might as well stick with who they have. Plus I think Rick Sund, the Hawks new GM, will likely keep Woodson.
