What will it take for the Heat to pull their heads out of their a$$es and start winning games. They can't use the excuse "When Wade returns we'll be O.K."! Dorell, Ricky, Penny, and Daequan had better "bring it", especially Dorell. I think its time for "Riles" to shake things up and put some better players around "Superman" and "Flash". Just my opinion.

I'm not exactly much of a Heat fan, but I will say the reason they can't win is the chemistry between Shaq and Dwyane Wade. whenever Wade's injured, Shaq's playing, and vice versa. it's hard for two star players to alternate playing time and bench time.
