Some front office types would not be surprised if seventh-round OT Lee Ziemba has a better NFL career than Cam Newton, according to the National Football Post's Dan Pompei.
Pompei believes Ziemba was rated as a second- or third-round talent, only to be red-flagged for a torn meniscus from two years ago. Though he does have athletic limitations, Ziemba had an excellent college career a fine Senior Bowl performance. "If he stays healthy, he's an NFL starter, and probably a good one," said one GM.

I see Ziemba starting at G for us within the next two years - but to say he'll be better than Cam is just... Stupid.

Sounds like Greg Romeus for the Saints. 2nd or 3rd round talent but fell to the 7th because of injury concerns.

He had 7.5 sacks in 08 and 8.5 in 09, then got injured in 2010.
