Larry Brown out!

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Larry Brown is out as coach of the Charlotte Bobcats.

Owner Michael Jordan said in a release Wednesday that in a mutual decision after Charlotte's disappointing 9-19 start that Brown has stepped down as coach.

The 70-year-old Brown was in his third season with the Bobcats and led them to a franchise-first playoff appearance last season.

Can't blame them for doing this. Things just weren't working out. Wonder if someone will try to get him?

i think he can go a few more years before officially retiring

If the Heat go back to playing the way they were earlier in the season, then maybe. If not, then he won't.

Would be nice to see him back in Detroit, but he has to continue to try and finish the "coach for every NBA team" list.
