Kobe Bryant's shin is improving daily, but he may not return until the start of the playoffs.
The Lakers have six regular season games remaining.
"I don't know if we have any other options because I know another Kobe isn't going to walk through the door," Mike Brown said. "So you go with what you have and you feel confident with the group you have and go play the game the best you can the right way.
"If you do that, this group is talented enough to go get some wins."
