Isiah Thomas made an admission yesterday: the Knicks are in need of a point guard. Thomas essentially blamed this season's disaster on not having stability at the point. Though Thomas has handed the keys to Jamal Crawford, he knows Crawford is not the prototype for the position. Thomas' remarks indicate the Knicks will seek a point guard at the Feb. 21 trading deadline as their No. 1 priority. Mike Bibby, Jason Williams and Seattle's Luke Ridnour reportedly are available. The Knicks have inquired about Bibby.

They are only like 8 games out and Bibby for Curry works straight up..Plus the Kings want to rebuild..Curry can be built around.

I can't wait to see this happen.

Yeah, but the Kings have been wanting more than just 1 player and it seems like the Knicks arent willing to give up another young player...

for some reason, I never see the Kings a playoff contender.

could Salmons or Garcia play PG if they did that trade?

Well before we picked up Udrih, Garcia was our starting PG but he can play 1,2, or 3.
His main is 3 though.
But yeah, Udrih is still only like 25 so he can still get better.

Physical? you dont watch the knicks do you?

Curry is the softest 300lb man Ive EVER seen and he doesnt rebound AT ALL.

with that said I wouldnt mind Bibby for Curry but more would have to be sent to the Kings to make it work CAP wise so it wont happen.

Be interesting if they got one of those 3 guys, they should replace Jason Williams with Delonte West, and get one of Seattle's 3 PGs.

Oh, well the game I watched a while back against Sacramento he seemed like he was really physical.
Guess it was just that game.

I just realized I only commented about Bibby.

Especially when we're inquiring about Ridnour and J-Will.

I'd rather have eithe of them instead of Bibby, heres why:

1. If we acuire J-Will, thats 8 mil coming off our CAP
2. Ridnour is younger then Bibby and arguably a better POINTguard. He could fit better in our system.

But of course if we woulda kept Jared Jordan, this wouldnt have been a problem.......

Yea Luke would be a better fit.
He is a pur Point and can still take a game over with his shooting skills.
