It's looking pretty good that 23-year-old Milwaukee Bucks restricted free agent point guard Ramon Sessions will be a member of the New York Knicks soon enough.
Sessions could accept the Knicks offer today or tomorrow, according to the New York Post. Unless, of course, the Los Angeles Clippers come through with some sort of sweet offer. The Clips have apparently been tugging at the sleeve of Sessions as well, particularly since it waived guard Mike Taylor.
What the Knicks have going for it is that the team can make Sessions a starter and he can make himself a star in New York if he can help lead this team out of the nasty spot it's been in for years.
New York is still going to look at free agent guard Jason Williams as well, but the Sessions deal isn't contingent on that one at all. Guess this means the team has given up on signing Allen Iverson for a one-year deal?
