Kings make offer for Andre Miller?

The Sacramento Kings have proposed packages of Marcus Thornton or Jimmer Fredette along with a second round pick for Andre Miller, according to sources.
The Kings continue to be the most aggressive in talks for Miller and are offering a third offer as well, which executives believe contains Jason Thompson.
Executives believe the Kings are now showcasing Thornton.
The Nuggets rescinded a two-game suspension for Miller recently due to his altercation with Brian Shaw, but the veteran guard has remained away from the team.
