According to a league source, the Kings are proposing a package that would send point guard Isaiah Thomas, shooting guard Ben McLemore, veteran swingman Marcus Thornton, power forward Jason Thompson and two future first-round picks to the Celtics in exchange for Rondo.

Only problem is that the Cavs have the rights to the Kings pick (Top 12 protected in 2014, Top 10 protected from 2015-17), so either the pick will be 2018 and 2020 1sts, or somehow it will be some exclusive "2014 or 2015 1st: 2014 if in Top 12, if not deferred 2015), plus next available 1st"

But god gimme McLemore and dem picks. Plus Isaiah is a stud too, someone that can actually run a legit offense with (someone good to pair with JCraw)

Can we please move Bradley tho

Kings are all about that first round exit.

But they've sucked long enough, I don't even mind that they're making moves.

That's selling a lot for a guy who can't put the ball in the basket with any consistency.

Celtics, Kings Haven't Discussed Rajon Rondo Trade
Dec 17, 2013 12:10 PM EST

Contrary to speculation and rumors, the Boston Celtics and Sacramento Kings have not held trade talks on Rajon Rondo.

Sources from both sides confirmed to Sam Amick that no discussions have been held.

The Latino Post reported that the Kings were moving closer to sending Isaiah Thomas, Ben McLemore, Marcus Thornton, Jason Thompson and picks to the Celtics in a deal for Rondo.

Considering Gallo and Chandler keep getting hurt, all the Nuggets really got worth a damn was that first, which wasn't expected to be this good. Funny how trades work sometimes.

True..

Even still, talent wise that'd be a franchise changing trade for Boston
