much deserved, but, i wouldn't have been shocked or upset if they gave it to lebron.

nice to see kd get that recognition.

Finally getting the recognition he deserves. 
 
I would have been shocked if LeBron got it. KD was just better this year.

I assumed LeBron would lose the MVP award soon just because people were sick of voting for him, but Durant had the better season.

That was a great speech he made, imo. I like how he goes about his business, and you can tell how much it means to him to be the MVP, and not just the MVP. He just appreciates being in the NBA, which doesn't seem to be the case for every player. He definitely deserved it this year. Now it would be great if it was accompanied by an NBA Championship.
