Great article about Durant's efforts in wake of the Oklahoma tornado devastation.  Aside from being on the ground to assist with cleanup efforts, Durant donated $1-million of his own money to the regional Red Cross.  The Oklahoma City Thunder matched Durant's donation, as did the NBA and the Players Association.

News out of Nike headquarters today, the shoe giant  will donate $1-million in shoes and apparel to victims, as well as, donating proceeds from sales of Durant's latest shoe.

It is estimated over $7.5-million has been raised in connecting with Kevin Durant alone.
