JVG Admits He's Rooting For Magic

ABC/ESPN analyst Jeff Van Gundy has admitted that he will be rooting for the Magic in the NBA Finals.

Van Gundy's brother, Stan, is the head coach in Orlando.

"I want my brother's team to win; there's no question about that," Van Gundy said Sunday.

He admitted that the possibilty of having to call games involving his brother came up in a meeting with coordinating producer Tim Corrigan.

"I said, 'Hey, listen, if you guys don't think it's best for me to call the Finals, I'm fine with that, and I understand,' " Van Gundy said. "I don't want to compromise anything. They said they wanted me to do it."

He's been rooting for the Laker's all playoffs, and nobody had a problem with it.
