In a what is being being called a "mutual decision", the Milwuakee Bucks and veteran guard Damon Jones, have decided to part ways.

A day prior to opening up training camp, the Bucks announced that Jones would not be a part of the team this season, but would continue to work out on his own in hopes of catching on with another team.

Kinda weird...nothing was said of why this decision was made. We can only wonder at this point.

The Bucks acquired Jones from Cleveland, in a 3-team deal, back in early August. -AE

You think he left so he can have a more realistic shot at title?

- Well if not come to miami DJ I dont think its a good idea to start Chalmers at Point were weak at that position and can use some help there, And we can use a good vet to help Chalmers and Marcus.

Yeah he most likely left due to the fact he will never seen any playing time in Milwaukee, and wants to play for a contender I'm guessing. Wouldn't be surprised to see him rejoin the Cavs.
