Joakim Noah could miss the Chicago Bulls' entire first round series against the Brooklyn Nets due to lingering plantar fasciitis, according to Tom Thibodeau.

When asked whether it is possible that Noah could sit out all or parts of the opening round, Thibodeau said Thursday: "It's possible, yeah; he's still day to day. If he has soreness, we're going to take it as it comes."

Still, Thibodeau is optimistic he will have Noah available against the Nets.

Nazr Mohammed is likely to start at center -- with or without Noah.

This is really bad. I thought they had a decent shot in this round assuming their starting lineup was healthy.

Same here, if he's out the entire round I'd have to go with Brooklyn.
