Rich Cimini/ESPN.com - The Jets have discussed the possibility of courting free-agent Jason Campbell.

The quarterback was successful with Oakland last season before suffering a season-ending collarbone injury.

Classic Jets, let's sign a back-up QB instead of signing a player who will actually see the field and improve the roster.

He can be an effective starter some where, don't think he's going to sign with the Jets just to be competition and motivate Sanchez.
