Jerry Sloan interviewed for the Bobcats' coaching vacancy on Friday in Utah, a meeting that was attended by Michael Jordan.

"They've got a young team, and it will be interesting to see what happens," said Sloan.

Sloan said he hadn't been offered the job.

"They might come back, they might not," he said. "I can't judge that. We'll just have to wait and see where it goes from there."

Sloan hasn't been in touch with any front office beyond Charlotte

Its the small market, tbh the Bobcats arent as bad as they were.

They have alot of promising pieces that just need a coach to put it all together. DJ is a very underrated PG, Mullens had a mini breakout year, Biyombo is the 2nd coming of Ibaka. Henderson and Kemba even had their moments.

Am I the only one who sees absolutely nothing in Kemba that thinks he's going to be a good NBA player?

At this point, at best, he'll be the scoring spark off the bench.

i dont think the bobcats were as bad as they played but theyre still bad. and for a coach who has the legacy he does, i would not go coach there.

I hear where your coming from with that. I hope he does come hopefully it'll be the right step into turning the Bobcats into a team that can contend, cause Id love to have a team I could watch and root for other then the Knicks.
