Jason Taylor Wants To Play, But Only For Jets

ESPN.com - Jason Taylor wants to play football next season, but he'll only do so if he can be a member of the Jets.

New York released Taylor on Tuesday, but they haven't ruled out a possible return.

"I want to play in New York, oh, for sure," Taylor said in an interview aired on 760 ESPN Radio. "I told Rex this yesterday: If I'm going to play, I want to play with the Jets."

Taylor had one year remaining on his contract, but he was due to make $2.25 million.

If he signs for the cheap, I'd gladly welcome him back, he led us in sacks last year, which isn't really saying much though, we couldn't get after the QB for shit.

The Jets need all the help they can get, that defensive line isnt all that good at all. Just sign him to a 1 year deal.
