Jack will miss the remainder of the season and will undergo surgery on a date that has yet to be determined.

Jack has played and started in 32 games for Brooklyn this season, posting averages of 12.8 points, 4.3 rebounds and a team-high 7.4 assists per game.

The Nets are his 3rd longest tenured team behind Portland and New Orleans
He was 4 games away from passing his time in New Orleans
