The Orlando Magic have waived Jameer Nelson and Doron Lamb.

The Magic will save $6 million by releasing Nelson due to the non-guarateed part of his deal.

The Magic faced an important deadline on Lamb.

Lamb’s salary of $915,243 for the 2014-15 season would've become fully guaranteed if he wasn't waived before Wednesday.

Willing to bet Stan is going to try to sign Jameer. Said he is looking for a veteran PG, makes sense.

Alex Kennedy mentioned Miami and Detroit as possible spots.

I guess he wants to sign with a contender which probably would rule Detroit out. Miami would be a solid fit though.

if the lebron and co go back, jameer would be a solid fit for them. good enough shooter, good enough ball handler. upgrade to rio.
