If you could remove, change, and add a rule in the NFL, which would they be?

Name a rule you'd eradicate, rule you'd change, and a rule you'd add to the NFL
 
1. Remove:  I'd get rid of illegal contact. Absurd penalty that shouldn't exist.
2. Change: I'd get rid of automatic first downs on anything that isn't a personal foul. There's no reason 5 yard penalties should be automatic firsties
3. Add: I would make chop blocks completely illegal. Dirtiest play in football, and I think we're a handful of years from it being made illegal at all levels.

Remove: Extra Point
Change: Defensive pass interference should not be a spot foul & offensive pass interference should be a loss of down. 
Add: Opposing team is guaranteed one possession no matter what in over time (even if other team scores a TD)

completely agree about the PI changes you're suggesting. Should be no such thing as spot fouls.

Remove: penalties for endzone celebrations
Change: Delay of game penalty becomes a loss of 5 yards and you lose the down.  (or loss of timeout, but that might be severe)
Add: Same as cheato for Overtime.

I just think Chop Blocks are a barbaric part of football that needs to be removed, entirely. If it was up to me, chops deemed intentional would be both illegal and ejection-warranting.

If you want to go for it, use the guy that is a Top 4 QB in the league, not the guy who hasn't thrown a pass in his career. It was 4th and 8, not 4th and 2.

I would have punted though.
